Sabrina Rohne, President
Sabrina Rohne serves as the Total Rewards Project Manager at FirstGroup America's Cincinnati headquarters. She attended Xavier University and holds a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification from the Wharton School of Business.
Jennifer Clemons, Vice President & Education
Jennifer Clemons is business-oriented benefits attorney with over 15 years of experience focusing on health and welfare and retirement plan compliance, benefit communication and administration of benefit programs and policies.
Jennifer holds a law degree from the Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law and a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification from the Wharton School of Business. She began working for Macy’s, Inc. in 2006.
Lynn Hall, Secretary
Lynn Hall is a consultant in the benefits department at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Her primary areas of focus are retirement, tuition and disability.
Prior to working at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Lynn worked as a generalist in the social service and hospitality industries and worked as a workforce development consultant connecting workers and employers.
Lynn graduated with her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cincinnati and holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Lynn is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati.
Katrina Sweatt, Treasurer
Her unique background allows her to focus on cost and efficiencies for both the company and employees in support of the overall benefits and wellbeing strategy.
A long time Cincinnatian, Katrina graduated from Walnut Hills High School before completing her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mount St. Joseph University.
Katrina has been a Total Rewards Cincinnati Board member beginning in 2020.
Lisa Wood, PHR, CCP, has been working in the Human Resources field for twenty years. As the Sr. Director of Compensation for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, she is responsible for design and implementation of compensation policies, pay practices and programs.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Hollins University and her graduate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Xavier University. Lisa currently holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) WorldatWork designation.
Lisa has been a Total Rewards Cincinnati Board member since 2002 and in the role of President since 2014.
Heather Harte, Membership
Heather R. Harte has been working in the Consumer Directed Healthcare and Benefits space for over twenty years. She currently works for HSA Bank as the Regional Vice President of Sales for large employer groups. She specializes in Health Savings Accounts (HAS), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Commuter Benefits and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), including Wellness and COBRA.
Heather grew up in Cincinnati and attended The Ohio State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree.
Heather has been a member of Total Rewards Cincinnati since 2018.
Mike Hoffman, Marketing
Mike Hoffman has been working in the corporate benefits field for over 20 years. He has extensive experience marketing, designing and managing retirement and health benefit programs through several large organizations. He is currently working as a consultant with Mariner Health Consulting, assisting organizations and individuals with Medicare and health insurance navigation.
Mike earned a Behavioral Economics degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Xavier University. He also holds an Executive Certificate from the University of Southern California in Marketing. He is a member of the National Association for Business Economics and an Advisory Board member with the Xavier University Economics Department.
Jamie Liebert, Programs
Jamie Liebert is a Senior Associate for Mercer and is responsible for new client development in Greater Cincinnati. Jamie has more than 19 years of experience helping business leaders and organizations of all sizes exceed their goals. To achieve superior results, he focuses on developing programs that are consistent with each client’s unique business needs and corporate culture.
In addition to TRC, Jamie is a member of the Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association (GCHRA) Business Sponsorship committee and serves as the Healthy Building Working Group Chairman for Cincinnati 2030 District.
Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Cincinnati and is pursuing his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification.
Traci Combs, Marketing
Traci Combs is the Talent Acquisition and Compensation Manager at Sur-SeaL LLC. Traci has worked in various capacities of Finance and Human Resources throughout her 8 years at Sur-Seal, including payroll, cash management, benefits administration, benefits plan design, professional recruiting, and total compensation strategy. She graduated from Xavier University with a B.S.B.A in Finance.
Beth Finke, Programs
Beth Finke, Program has been working in the compensation field for over 15 years. She is currently employed as a Compensation Consultant for FIS, where she is responsible for national and international compensation.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Dayton and a graduate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Radford University. She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) HR Certification Institute (HRCI) designation and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) WorldatWork designation.
Beth has been a Total Rewards Cincinnati member since 2008, a Board member since 2013 and served as Treasurer through 2019.
Fred Lamm, Programs
Fred Lamm, is the leader of Willis Towers Watson’s Cincinnati office and a Client Relationship Director for several clients in Southwest and Central Ohio. He has over 20 years of consulting experience with six years in his current role. As the leader of the Cincinnati office, Fred is responsible for leading, developing and maintaining client relationships in Cincinnati as well as representing Willis Towers Watson in the business community.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries.
Fred has been a member of Total Rewards Cincinnati since 2014 and a Board member since 2018.
Sarah Ottaway, Marketing
Sarah Ottaway is the Senior Marketing Consultant, HR Communications at TriHealth. Sarah has ten years of internal communications expertise. She has developed complex, company-wide communication strategies and created content reaching over 200,000 employees.
Her passion is to use communications to provide clarity of purpose, facilitate employee engagement and support job and personal satisfaction resulting in increased loyalty and improved plan and program participation.
Sarah graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Mount. St. Joseph University.
She has been a Total Rewards Cincinnati Board member since 2017.
Keith Stam, Professional Development
Keith Stam is a Compensation Manager at Bon Secours Mercy Health where he has worked for the last four years. He received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the State University of New York at Fredonia and a graduate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northern Kentucky University.
Keith has been a Total Rewards Cincinnati member since 2016 and joined the Board in 2018 as the Professional Development Chair.
