The Greater Cincinnati Compensation & Benefits Association and Cincinnati/Dayton Chapter of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists are pleased to announce a joint meeting on Workforce Analysis - 2010 to 2020. Janet Harrah, Director of the Center for Economic Analysis and Development will present the economic and demographic changes expected to impact the Greater Cincinnati workforce over the coming decade. She will then lead a panel discussion by local HR experts. This is a program not only for Compensation and Benefits professionals but for any HR professional interested in learning strategic initiatives to assist your organization in exploiting these changes and sustaining it's competitive posture in the labor market.

2010 World at Work Certification Courses in Indianapolis

GCCBA is excited to announce the World at Work courses offered in Cincinnati during 2010.

• Each is a two day course. Exams are no longer held on the third day, but are scheduled by the individual at a local testing center.
• Julie Elliott, Vice President of Compensation and Benefits for Scripps Networks Interactive will be our instructor for the T3 Course
