About Us

The Greater Cincinnati Compensation and Benefits Association (GCCBA) is a local membership based organization comprised of compensation and benefits professionals, throughout the Greater Cincinnati Area.

Individuals engaged in professional or managerial activities associated with the design, implementation or execution of compensation or benefit programs, are encouraged to join the GCCBA.  

 

How We Work

The GCCBA is governed by a Board of Directors, who are elected by its members. In addition, our organization is made up of various committees of compensation & benefit professionals, who are dedicated to the support of overall group. Participation in committee activities is highly encouraged and vital to the success of this organization.

The GCCBA holds quarterly meetings to provide forums and educational opportunities for its members. The quarterly meetings generally take place in September, November, February & May. Membership runs from January 1st thru December 31st of each year. 
 

We have made changes to the membership price structure to allow flexibility for differing circumstances and preferences.

Membership-only - $50.

Membership Plus – Membership plus all 4 programs - $140.
Corporate Membership - includes 3 memberships and allows any 3 employees of the corporate entity to attend all 4 programs - $350.
Student Membership - $25 and discounted program cost.

With program fees for non-members at approximately $60 per meeting, membership packages for the individual or corporation make good mathematical sense!

Our Affiliate

The GCCBA is also affiliated with World at Work, (WAW), formerly known as the American Compensation Association. Many of our members are also members of WAW. World at Work serves the worldwide needs of the HR professionals involved in the attraction, retention and motivation of employees by conducting education and certification programs, promoting and sponsoring research activities, producing a variety of educational and informational publications, and sponsoring conferences and networking opportunities.
