Lisa Wood, President
Lisa Wood, PHR, CCP, has been working in the Human Resources field for twenty years. She is currently employed as the Director of Compensation for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center where she is responsible for design and implementation of compensation policies, pay practices and programs.
Lisa earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Hollins University and completed coursework for her graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Xavier University. Lisa currently holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) HRCI designation and the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) WorldatWork designation. Lisa has been a board member of GCCBA since 2002, serving on several Committees and in the board role of President for the last five years.
Beth Finke, Treasurer
Lynn Hall, Secretary
Lynn Hall has worked in the Total Rewards department at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital for 10 years, most recently as a consultant in the benefits department. Her primary areas of focus are retirement, tuition, and disability. Prior to working at CCHMC, Lynn worked as a generalist in the social service and hospitality industries, and worked as a workforce development consultant connecting workers and employers.
Lynn graduated with her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cincinnati and holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Lynn is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati.
Jennifer Clemons, Programs
Jennifer Clemons is business-oriented benefits attorney with 15+ years of experience focusing on health and welfare and retirement plan compliance, benefit communication and administration of benefit programs and policies.
Jennifer holds a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the Wharton School of Business and a law degree from NKU/Salmon P. Chase College of Law. She began working for Macy’s Benefits in 2006.
Sabrina Rohne, Programs
Sabrina Rohne is employed with FirstGroup America's headquarters in Cincinnati, where she serves as a Total Rewards Project Manager. She attended Xavier University and holds a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the Wharton School of business.
Keith Stam, Certification Courses
Keith Stam has been a Compensation Analyst at Mercy Health for over two years. He received him B.S. in Psychology from the State University of New York at Fredonia and his M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northern Kentucky University.
Keith has been a GCCBA member since 2016 and recently joined the board in 2018 as the Certification Course Chair.
Sarah Ottaway is a Manager, Corporate Communications, HR & Legal for Macy’s, Inc. Based in Cincinnati, her work includes developing the communication strategy and messaging for Benefits, Compensation and the Colleague Support Center, the main touch-point for Macy’s, Inc. colleagues. She has experience creating content to connect employees to the organization, inspire participation in plans and programs and drive results. Sarah has 11 years of Benefits experience, with 9 years of specialized experience with Benefits communications. Sarah graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Mount. St. Joseph University.
Kelly McDonough, Technology
Kelly McDonough attended the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management. After living and working in Northern Indiana, Kelly moved to Cincinnati and began her career with Fifth Third Bank in March of 2014. Kelly has been working in the Compensation and Benefits fields for 10 years, including experience in the Banking/Financial Services, Automotive Components Manufacturing and Medical Device industries. Most recently, Kelly has served as a Senior Compensation Consultant, supporting the Commercial Bank and Payments Organization at Fifth Third. In her new role, Kelly supports the Retail and Consumer Bank as an HR Business Partner at Fifth Third. Kelly has been a GCCBA member since 2014 and has served as Technology Chair since 2017.
Angela McCullars, Marketing
Angela McCullars , CPC, the CEO and Founder of SBA Team a business support agency offering LegalShield and ID Shield for more than 11 yrs.. She serves as a Senior Manager and Trainer/Coach. She works throughout the US and Canada with Business Owners, Executives, HR Directors and Benefit Specialists. Angela establishes partnerships and training opportunities with Benefits Brokers and Insurance Agents to implement LegalShield and ID Shield as one of their benefit offerings.
Angela loves to work as an advisor with small business owners, companies, colleges, school districts, municipalities and associations to help them reduce employee stress and absenteeism which leads to increased productivity and profits. She educates her clients about the many types of identity theft and how to protect and empower the business and its employees.
As graduate of Miami University of Ohio and a Certified Professional Coach, Angela started her career with Metropolitan Life. and has continued to work with leaders in a variety of business sectors with her own business support agency SBA Team. In addition to serving on the board of GCCBA, Angela volunteers on the Speakers Bureau of the AARP regarding Cybersecurity and Identity Theft. As well she spends time in the community as a Bible Study Coach along with her husband.
